A dojo is a community where a person goes to find and learn how to harness their personal power through
intense physical training which is pursued as a spiritual path towards self-improvement.
The Aikido Center of Los Angeles is a not-for-profit dojo and all of our instructors are volunteers. Your membership dues go directly into paying operating expenses and thus we ask that you pay your dues in a timely manner at the first of every month.

New Students

Adults (Aikido)
Dues: $140/month

Dues for new Adult Aikido students joining the dojo.
The monthly dues are $140.00 and there is a one-time registration fee of $100.00 for a total of $240.00.
Adults (iaido)
Dues: $140/month
Registration fee: $100*
For new Iaido students who are not currently enrolled in the dojo. The $240.00 is for the monthly dues ($140.00) and the one time registration fee ($100.00).
Children (K-8)
Dues: $70/month
Registration fee: $50*
New child student not in college or high school.
The monthly dues are $70.00 and there is a one time registration fee of $50.00. The total to start is $120.00.
High School
Dues: $75/month
Registration fee: $50
Dues for a new high school aged Aikido student.
The monthly dues are $75.00 and there is a one-time registration fee of $50.00 for a total of $125.00.
College**
Dues: $90/month

Dues for college Aikido student.
The monthly dues are $90.00 and there is a one-time registration fee of $50.00 for a total of $140.00.
First Responders or Military
Dues: $120/month
Registration fee: $50
Monthly dues with a discount for first responders or military.
The monthly dues are $120.00 with a one-time $50.00 registration fee.
Donation Membership
Dues: $100/month
A Donation Membership is for someone who wishes to support the dojo but is unable to make it into the dojo.

The monthly Donation Membership dues are $100.00

Private instruction
The Aikido Center of Los Angeles is a
traditional Aikido and Iaido martial arts dojo.
